How do I place an order?
You can easily buy online using our intuitive and secure online purchasing system. Or place an order via email, fax or telephone if you prefer.

We can arrange a competitive fiancial package tailored to suit your budget.
How soon can you deliver?
We can Deliver Small Desktop products within 48 hours, Large Office machines within 10-15 days, Toner, Staples, Paper, Waste Toner Bottles within 7 days.
Toner inclusive procedures
Once the last toner has been placed in the machine, we would then ask the customer to fax or email COSL to place an order for a new box of toner as a replacement. In order to gain a new box, we will need all the current meter readings and the Canon model and serial Number. Once COSL receives this request then your delivery will be completed within 7 working days.
Toner exclusive procedures
Once you have placed the last box of toner in the machine, then your key operator should place an order with COSL for a minimum of two boxes by one of the following ways. Fax or email COSL with all the current meter readings, The Canon model and Serial Number and the toner that you require. Once COSL receives this request then your delivery will be completed within 7 working days.
What is the difference between black/white smart colour, smart colour and professional colour?
Black/White Smart Colour machines are designed to only produce up to 15% of your total copy volume in colour, with a maximum 15% Coverage on any A4 page. Smart Colour devices can produce a greater percentage of your total copy volume in colour, up to 30%. Anything above this figure, you will need a professional colour device.
Do all machines include toner?
The toner for our products must be purchased through us, and our agreement are either toner inclusive where you receive a free box of toner every time you run out, or toner exclusive where you have to pay for replacement boxes of toner
How many boxes of toner do you have to buy at a time?
Minimum order for toner is 2 boxes. These don’t have to be the same colour, i.e. 2 boxes of black; they can be different colours, i.e. 1 black 1 magenta.

What are the benefits of the toner exclusive package?
The cost per copy is calculated based on the cost of parts and toner divided by their life expectancies. This means the cost per copy is far cheaper to the customer if the cost of toner is excluded from the cost per copy. This also encourages the customer to monitor use of Toner.
