COSL believe in continually investing in and developing our staff, equipment and our systems. This dedication to continually develop staff is delivered by our own in house training programme, as well as support from our external consultants from the manufacture’s of the products we sell. This enables our service technicians and sales staff to keep up with the rapid change in technology and products, and helps them to effectively integrate new technology into existing scenarios.

The Technical Support supplied by COSL is derived from many years of experience as an Accredited Business Solutions Provider. This means in order to keep our accreditation our service technicians have a wealth of knowledge from the on-going extensive training they receive in order to keep the company’s accredited status. It is our policy to only send fully trained engineers to attend service calls, these engineers have attended and passed various different manufacture training courses and have certificates of their courses available for inspection if required.

We, as a company, pride ourselves on meeting your individual needs and appreciate that everyone is after a different solution. 

This is why our procedures begin with the completion of a Customer Requirements Form, which is used to set the foundations of an understanding for your companies requirements as well as enabling you to check we have understood your needs. Once agreements are signed then we follow up your order with a letter of resume, which confirms all the points agreed.

Our Friendly Admin department is available from 9am until 5.30pm Monday to Fridays, and will help to answer any queries regarding the purchasing of consumables, meter readings and service calls. They supply the ongoing service to our customers and become the main contact between COSL and you. All our staff are highly trained with many years of experience within the industry and are more than capable of dealing with your enquiries.
